Brand New Home! Beach Views! Sleeps 6! Pets Welcome!

  • Welcome to 7 Summers! You will be welcomed by these beautiful, newly built villas! The house has a gorgeous deck with adirondack chairs to look out to the gulf or the canal, whatever fits your fancy! Walk in to the living room with a pullout couch, smart tv and a speaker end table so you can play your favorite jams while hanging with your family and friends!
    The Kitchen has everything you'll need while on your stay!
    The king bedroom has a memory foam mattress and has an attached bathroom!
    Linens, towels, soaps all provided! Enjoy streaming your favorite tvs shows and movies on our smart TV!
    The second bedroom also has a memory foam queen mattress with attached bathroom and smart TV!
    Enjoy time outside on the porch, or grill out under the house!
    Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a fun day at the beach!
    Head on over to the community pool (pool is operable between March 1-October 31) , jungle gym, observation tower to take in the amazing sunrises, sunsets, or enjoy the views of the ocean!
    Enjoy the communal fire pit as well!
    Pet Friendly with a pet fee.
