The Space:

The Blue Seagull is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom centrally located cabin that is just perfect for small families. You are just a quick walk or ride to the beach, (via the convenient access road) so you can enjoy the Gulf breezes and fun in the sun in mere minutes!



You'll love the furnished deck when you have your morning coffee (both Keurig and regular coffee pot available), or your favorite sunset beverage. Inside, the living area has a plush sectional for comfy seating, as well as an electric fireplace. The kitchen is well-stocked, and offers a large island with seating. For your convenience, you will also find a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.



With 1100 square feet, Blue Seagull sleeps 7 comfortably. Bedroom one has a queen bed and a twin, with an ensuite bath and television. Bedroom two has a queen bed and two twins with a television.



Downstairs offers room for entertaining, with a gas grill and picnic table. You'll also have access to the outdoor sand shower and a beach box with extra beach supplies for your use!



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Perfect for your family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check in and Swede’s, house was clean and perfect for my 2year old to run around from the gate at the top of the stairs to the fenced in yard, I didn’t have to worry about him getting out and wondering off. Bunk beds in the one room were ideal for him with it being low to the ground. Only issue we had were the birds nesting under the house and their mess but that didn’t impact our stay. Outdoor shower was ideal for washing after the beach. Having a gas grill was fantastic as saved us so much time.

Everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to beach access. Only thing is the Old Smokey grill has seen its better day. We made it work. Def will be back with our small groups again.
