Blue Oasis is perfect for a family beach vacation! The home is centrally located in the popular Emerald 1 subdivision - near restaurants and shops, and yet still only a short walk or ride to the beach. Sit on the furnished upper deck and listen to the waves, or enjoy the comfy coastal vibe indoors.

The well-stocked kitchen includes a great farm sink and a regular drip coffee maker, as well as all the supplies you need to prepare and serve meals. There is seating at the granite island, as well as a separate dining table that would be also be great for game nights! You'll find all the comforts of home, including an on-site washer and dryer, and high speed internet.

With over 1200 square feet, the home sleeps 8 comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a TV and ensuite bath. Bedroom two has one queen bed, and bedroom three features a queen over queen bunk bed.

Downstairs offers more room for entertaining, with a picnic table and charcoal grill. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off a day at the beach; and the cargo lift is a real treat when it's time to bring the luggage, groceries, and coolers upstairs!

The cargo lift is available for guest use for an additional charge.
Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
