"Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves. The morning breakfast buffet was also quite disappointing. Most of the food seemed to have been prepared or kept out for some time, and almost everything we tried was cold. A hotel of this standard should definitely ensure that buffet items are served fresh and at the proper temperature. The stay and lunch were good overall, but the breakfast quality and checkout service could be improved considerably."

"we had two rooms. with family. stayed for 2 days. it was off-peak season so relatively quiet. Had much of the beach to ourselves which was amazing. staff arranged for early check-in and late check-out. very enjoyable. The beach was clean but not pristine. There were some scattered plastic containers/trash which can be more proactively cleaned up by the hotel cleaning crew. Had two meals here and they were awesome really. Rooms were clean, bathroom was good. Sort of at a level of a 3-star Holiday Inn/Marriott."

"Hotel con spiaggia, pulito e con piscina, molto tranquillo. Le stanze sono ampie e lo staff è sempre disponibile, gentile e cordiale. Il cibo del ristorante è buono. La colazione è principalmente indiana, ma c’è sempre qualcosa per tutti i gusti. Consigliatissimo!"

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. "
