Vintage Charmer

This is a charming 1940s house updated with modern amenities, while retaining its original character and vintage vibe. Newly renovated and refurnished. All the comforts of home are included: high-speed wireless internet, Dish satellite on 2 large TVS, A/C, heat, 2 blow dryers, microwave, toaster oven, blender, turntable, washer/dryer, ping pong table and dart board. Fenced side yard with seating for six, outdoor fireplace, and Weber grill. Just minutes from the Olympic National Park Visitor's Center, and downtown Port Angeles shops and restaurants. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, woodsy landscaped yard and gardens. Enjoy your coffee in the outdoor seating area, or relax in front of a cozy "fire" in front of one of two electric fireplaces. Take the ferry to Victoria BC, or take a 30 minute drive to beautiful Hurricane Ridge or Lake Crescent. Walk or bike on the Olympic Discovery Trail. Everything is so easy to get to from here!

Great location and charmimg house

Great place for family to explore Olympia National Park and come back to eat dinner and chill by the firepit

Property is very walkable to the shopping areas and shore of town. Property makes access to the National Park easy. House is nice and neighborhood is quiet. My daughters (17 -24) really loved the place.

Charming home in Port Angeles

My family enjoyed staying at this lovely house. It was comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, and had great beds. There was room to spread out or gather together. Ample parking for cars. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming house, good location

Central location for visiting Olympic National Park, less than a mile walking to restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and beautifully renovated!

Charming Vintage Gem

This is a charming cottage that is equipped with everything needed. Very comfortable and cute! It was perfect for our several day excursion into Olympic National Park. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

This house is incredibly charming and comfortable. We are a family of 5 (kids 16, 14, 11) and we knew we wanted extra space to spread out and relax after long days hiking outside in October. We were pleasantly surprised that it was even more spacious than it looks in the pictures while still being extremely cozy! We ended up cooking every night and sitting around the lovely dining room table and talking about our day was truly a highlight. We all felt very much at home. Ping pong and darts were a hit with all of us and we definitely appreciated the on site laundry. The grounds are gorgeous, especially the view from the enormous kitchen window! This was the best home away from home base for exploring ONP and the surrounding area.

Vintage/old remodeled house in a convenient location

Great house for a mother/daughter weekend with friends. The house was clean, lots of room, remodeled with a shabby chic decor. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was large enough for us to cook in, the bathrooms were lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely perfect!

We had such a wonderful stay here. We loved the central location, the architecture of the house, and the furnishings as well. We cooked some nice family meals here and relaxed in the living room. I'd love to return sometime!

Our Big Fat Greek Family Vacation

The house was everything we needed to have a comfortable place to retreat to, after long days in the National Park. The house itself could use some updating but it met our needs.

Fantastic place

The host thought of everything! Fabulous site. Loved the amenities, the great furniture, fireplaces, and all the rooms both upstairs and downstairs. This house is centrally located, has great views of bucolic nearby yards. Lots of privacy. Loved it all. Enjoy this wonderful property. You'll love it.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at your home, the decor was laid back and relaxed we enjoyed the outdoor space and ping pong table. We made meals in the kitchen and ate together in the dining room. It was so good to get together with family in this quaint home.

Something to love for everyone!

We had a great time at this property! My husband and I wanted to show some relatives visiting from India the best the Olympic Peninsula has to offer, and this charming house was the perfect home base. Everyone felt right at home in the comfy rooms, we enjoyed using the grill and the game room, and the outdoor space was beautiful, too--everyone had a different favorite feature!

Quaint House with beautiful garden

This house is very comfortable! It is old and has lots of character. I appreciate old houses and the craftsmanship it took to build them. The ceilings are beautiful! The view out the kitchen window is the best!It looks right into the garden. There was a deer resting in the garden a few times!The kitchen was set up so it was easy to cook meals. Great living and dining areas.Easy drive to downtown Port Angeles. My family really enjoyed our stay there!

Family Olympic vacation

This is a wonderful, cozy home with easy access to any outdoor activity on the northern part of the peninsula. The home was clean and perfect for our family. One note, if planning to cook most meals, all ingredients should be brought by renter, but these being provided is not expected or required for this to be a fantastic spot.

We had a nice time at this property. It is well situated and close to amenities in town, yet very peaceful and quiet. It has been very tastefully decorated and is very clean. We loved the vintage feel. Susan was a very responsive host and was very prompt and helpful in communicating with us. Highly recommended

Friends Trip!

We had 6 adults stay for 6 nights here, super clean and nice house and was very central to what we wanted to do (mountains, ocean, whale watching, etc.). Walking distance to some restaurants, Safeway, and even the wharf if you don't mind the hill on the way back. Nice neighborhood, we even saw some deer grazing in the morning! I will say the walls are very thin and the stairs are very creaky, but it is an old house and if those are the biggest "problems" I think you're doing pretty good overall.
