The Space:
This thoughtfully designed property features two beautiful bedrooms and one full bathroom equipped with a smart toilet for a modern, spa‑like touch.
Primary Bedroom: Cozy, bright, and perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
Second Bedroom: A clever space with a Murphy bed that transforms into a full desk, ideal for remote work or extra guests.
The living room is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and a smart TV for movie nights. A dining table sits nearby for shared meals or game nights. The kitchen is fully stocked, ready for anything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. You’ll also have access to a laundry room, making longer stays easy and convenient.
Outdoor Living
Step out onto the spacious deck, where the views get even better. Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine around the table with a built‑in fire pit, or fire up the grill for a relaxed barbecue with the ocean breeze rolling in.
Important Note
Because this home sits at the very top of a steep hill, an all‑wheel‑drive vehicle is strongly recommended. The driveway and access road can be challenging for standard cars, especially in wet conditions. Once you’re up here, though, the views make every bit of the climb worth it.
Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.
No Pets/No Smoking/No Fireworks or Events
There are two exterior security cameras installed on the premises. Please note that these cameras are strategically positioned to monitor the surrounding areas and enhance overall security. Here are their locations:
- Outside Deck: This camera is directed towards the side of the house.
- Outside Deck: It overlooks the driveway in front of the house.
A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.
