Main bedroom: Queen bed on the main floor



Loft: Two twin beds (low ceiling—about 4.5 ft—ideal for kids but perfectly workable for adults who don’t mind ducking)

Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking all your meals



Dining: Small table with seating for 4



Living room: Smart TV with WiFi streaming (no cable/satellite)



The main level is 425 sq ft, with the loft adding an additional 200 sq ft.

Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.



A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.
