"We loved our two nights at Hope Cottage. The house is clean, located in a quiet & safe neighborhood, and decorated nicely. We could tell the owner takes pride in the house. Our adult daughter slept on the sofa bed. Even though the sofa mattress was thin, she was comfortable. Just be aware that anyone on the sofa has to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.
