Lovely Rural Retreat

We were looking for a quiet, rural finca in the beautiful Mallorcan countryside and this was absolutely perfect. The finca, facing the morning sun meant even in November we could have breakfast outside and the wood pellet burner meant we were cosy and warm in the darker evenings. A few minutes from Porreres gave easy access to supermarket etc.. yet far enough away to feel totally quiet and private. Well equipped, clean, comfortable. All in all, a great stay!

Great villa for our summer holiday

We stayed here for two weeks and to be honest, could’ve easily stayed for two months had we not needed to get back for work! In a beautiful, quiet rural part of Mallorca, the villa is clean, spacious and well equipped. The real selling point is the pool area, surrounded by palms trees. We were there in August so the pool was a necessity with temps hitting high 30’s for consecutive days. You can drive to the north in just under an hour and the beaches to the east and south in 25 mins. The owner of the property is lovely and extremely helpful. Hope to return one day!

Absolute Empfehlung !

Alles wie auf den Bildern. Toller Pool,tolle Lage (für Ruhe suchende) rings rum ist NIX! Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht: Waschmaschine, sogar Wäscheklammern,Grundausstattung in der Küche,Mückenspray (dringend notwendig),Sonnenschirme vom Vormieter in der Garage. Im Oktober war der Pool leider kälter als das Meer. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Matratzen und der Geschirrspüler müssten mal ausgetauscht werden.

Schönes Haus und Umgebung

Freistehendes Haus inmitten der Felder und sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr gepflegtes Haus und schöne Gartenanlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt trotz kühler Tage und viel Regen. Haus durch Pelletofen gut beheizbar. In der exzellent eingerichteten Küche lässt es sich wunderbar kochen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und wird regelmäßig gewartet. Hier kann man schöne und entspannte Tage verbringen. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr gut erreichbar und hilft bei Problemen gerne weiter.

2. Buchung der Finca bei Porreres

Wir waren jetzt das 2. mal in dieser abseits gelegenen und gut ausgestatteten Finca. Alles war, wie beim ersten mal, perfekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos und wir freuten uns über die Willkommensgaben. Wir konnten entspannte Tage hier verbringen und machten auch viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Allein störend war die lästige Katze ;-) , die wir passender Weise Finci nannten. Ab und an brachte sie ihren Kumpelhund mit. Sein Name wurde auf Malle festgelegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dovolená 2024

Dům je samostatný a ve velmi klidné části ostrova. Naše dovolená zde byla velmi krásná. Byli jsme autem, takže vše na dosah. Do nebližšího městečka jsme chodili pěšky, je to opravdu kousek. Dům byl krásně čistý a majitelka velmi příjemná a přátelská.

Wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien

Wie hatten sehr erholsame Ferien. Durch die abgelegene Finca konnten wir uns gut entspannen. Am Abend hörte man manchmal Musik vom ca. 3Km entfernten Hotel. Aber es war ok. Auch der Besuch der süssen Katze erfreute uns. Der Kontakt mit F. war sehr unkompliziert und herzlich.

Oase der Ruhe

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Von An- bis Abreise sehr gute Betreuung durch F. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in landwirtschaftlich geprägter Umgebung. Täglich kam Besuch von Nachbarkatzen oder Hund, was uns sehr freute. Schöner Pool und liebevoll angelegte Aussenanlage mit schönen Pflanzen. Haus einfach aber gepflegt und sauber. Hier kann man entspannen. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Geplegte Finca in ruhiger Lage mit großem Pool

Wir waren mit fünf jungen Freunden da und es entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Das Haus ist zwar nicht hochwertig eingerichtet, aber sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man hat keine Nachbarn, deshalb hat man seine Ruhe. Das Highlight ist der Poolbereich. Die Vermieterin ist auch total lieb, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Tipp: Mietwagen besorgen, dann erreicht man praktisch alles auf der Insel in max. 30 min.

Entspannung pur

Häuschen mit großem Grundstück und herrlichem Pool, abseits vom Trubel. Trotzdem alles in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Auto unerlässlich. Vermieterin einfach nur lieb und immer erreichbar. In Porreres gibt es alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Die Restaurants auf dem Marktplatz waren alle gut und wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt.

Una finca maravillosa

La casa es ideal, todo muy limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario para la cocina. Lo único que personalmente no me parecía que estuviese de 10 sin los colchones, pero lo demás está perfecto.
