The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with a single sofa bed, a TV and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a single bed (90×190)
- Bedroom 3: a single bed (90×190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 30 m² south-facing terrace to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally located in Pornichet, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
