À éviter !!!!

Séjour agréable pour le placement idéal proche mer/plage + vue sur mer mais ça ne vaut pas son prix du tout !!! Il n'y a d'abord pas 2 chambres comme indiqué mais une vraie chambre avec un matelas ignoble. Si l'un décide de se retourner l'autre saute au plafond. Le couloir est aménagé avec 2lits superposés ce qui est soit disant la deuxième chambre. Le mobilier de la cuisine et la vaisselle mérite d'être changer (des rasses sales avec des tâches de peintures on ne sait pas d'où ça vient...) jene voirs pas 6personnes passer un séjour là dedans, car il n'y avait que 3 chaises pour manger sur la terrasse, les places assuses à l'intérieur étant des bancs. Même pas la possibilité de faire venir quelqu'un pour prendre un café sur la terrasse. Pas de lave vaisselle, pas de machine à laver, une cafetière bonne à changer qui d'un café du pipi de chat, et le four plus un micro-ondes qu'un four !!! Bref je ne relourai jamais !! Je déconseille fortement car en plus le propriétaire refuse d'arranger quoique se soit !!!

Belle residence

La terrasse est tres bien situee : vue sur la piscine et la mer !!!! La residence est tres bien entretenue et est calme . Le bourg de st marie est a 200 m et la mer a 100m. On traverse la rue et on arrive sur une petite crique sauvage! Nous avons passe ma mere, ma fille et moi meme un.superbe sejour dans cet appartement idelement situe .

cadre super, belle propriété, appartement pas top.

j'ai aimé : la vue, la piscine, la plage proche, la boulangerie de Ste Marie, les ballades... Dans l'appart : la cuisine, la cafetière expresso... A revoir : Appartement très à l'étroit, encombré par trop de couvertures et affaires personnelles. équipement faible - pas de LV, LL, four (juste micro-onde grill), TV fonctionnant mal. La terrasse aurait besoin d'un coup de peinture...

Super séjour dans une très belle résidence ! Piscine et plage à deux pas , beau parc bien entretenu, parking privé. Appartement agréable vue mer. A côté de toutes commodités commerces notamment !

Résidence agréable, avec piscine et vue sur la mer, toutes les commodités sont accessibles, supérette, pharmacie, restaurants, etc. Bref, toujours une aussi belle destination !

La propriété est très agréable, bien arborée, bien entretenue et très calme. Proche des plages et commerces. Je reviendrai !

Situation parfaite

Excellente situation, proche de tout (Pornic, plages, commerces ...) dans un endroit très agréable. L'appartement est tout petit, mais avec une chambre séparée, idéal pour deux personnes. Seul bémol, le mobilier commence à être vieillot et l'appartement aurait besoin d'être désencombré.
