House with garden 500m from the beach, Pornic

  • Located at the gates of the historic district of Pornic and just 600m from "La plage de la Noëveillard", the port, shops, bars and restaurants; "Les Iris" is a single-storey house of 90m², set in an enclosed garden of 600 m². It has two double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, able to accommodate up to 6 people.



    The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home; induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine…. The lounge has a television and Wi-Fi access. (Fireplace not available) The veranda serves as a dining room and overlooks the garden. A bathroom and an independent WC complete the rental. For maximum comfort, the following are available: a washing machine, a hairdryer, a travel cot, a charcoal barbecue (Weber), garden furniture (table and chairs) and sun loungers.

    Facing the Bay of Bourgneuf and the Loire estuary, the Côte de Jade is the southern gateway to Brittany. From the large beaches of Saint-Brevin-Les Pins to the coves of Pornic, the coastline draws an lively coast with multiple landscapes, coves, fine sandy beaches, marshes and bocage. Between two swims and a spot of rock pooling, stroll at the foot of the castle on the quays of Pornic. For your cycling outings, a marked cycle path runs along the 43 km of coast (vélocéan).



    Above all, do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities of the shellfish farming area of La Plaine sur Mer such as "Moules de bouchots" and "La Spiruline et Algues de Retz", the famous ice creams and jams of "La Fraiseraie" Pornic, the celebrated cakes and galettes "St-Michel", in moderation the Pornic beer "Brigantine" and not forgetting the unique local cheese just as good hot as cold "Le curé Nantais".

Locations agréable fonctionnelle et propre en intérieur. Très bonne localisation. Seul bémol : l’extérieur. Vitres côté jardin non nettoyées. Salon de jardin et transats non utilisables car non nettoyés. Séjour excellent tout de même.
