Located in the La Joselière neighborhood, just steps from the beach and water sports center, this cozy holiday home sits within a private estate offering a shared pool and tennis court. With about 24 m² spread over two levels, the house features electric heating, a living area opening onto the garden, a kitchenette, a sleeping area with bunk beds, and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, there’s a mezzanine with a sofa bed (steep stairs). The private garden is enclosed. One parking space is provided.
The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. The tennis court is available by reservation. The property is close to the beach, public transport is within walking distance, and another tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also available.
One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Convenient check-in is provided. A free shuttle service to the train station is available.
Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra fee.
