  • Located in Pornic, this peaceful 45 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests. It features a mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds and a living room with a sofa bed. There is a bathroom and separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with TV, washing machine, coffee maker, and barbecue. A shuttle service to the train station and storage space for bikes, paddleboards, canoes, and beach gear are at your disposal.



    Enjoy the private enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and terrace. The secure shared outdoor pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.



    Parking includes a private on-site space and street options. One pet is allowed. Heating is available in each room from October to April, for an extra fee. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



    This family-friendly home is ideally located between Noëveillard Beach and shops. The town offers thalassotherapy, night markets, a 3-screen cinema, 18-hole golf course, and coastal trails. Enjoy water sports clubs, free shuttles between ports, and many white-sand coves.
