  • Welcome to "Au Bercement par les vagues," a charming, typical house nestled in La Birochère, just 80 meters from the beach. This peaceful 50 m² retreat with vintage flair and a large private enclosed garden is perfect for a relaxing stay with family or as a couple.



    This bright, functional home welcomes you with an authentic, friendly atmosphere—ideal for disconnecting from daily life. The 25 m² living-dining room with TV invites you to unwind, while the kitchen has everything you need for independent meal preparation.



    The house sleeps up to 4 guests: a master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a children’s alcove with bunk beds (2x90 cm). There’s a shower room and separate toilet for your convenience.



    The highlight is the beautiful, fully enclosed 240 m² garden—a secure play area for children and a haven of peace for parents, set on a quiet lane. Enjoy outdoor meals and relaxing moments with the garden furniture and barbecue. Two parking spaces are available on the property, which also offers a sea view.



    The Source beach is only 80 meters away, ideal for families with children. Discover the fine sandy beaches of the Côte de Jade, coastal paths, and the nearby town of Pornic with its shops. One pet is welcome to join your family holiday.
