Apartment T2, facing south, newly refurbished, in a quiet and closed residence, direct access to the customs path, and beach below.
10 minutes walk by the coast of the Thalasso.
All the furnishings and equipment of the apartment are new.
You will enjoy the garden furniture and deckchairs on the large balcony, not overlooked, facing the sea, the view is beautiful!
IMPORTANT: a deposit of 200 Euros will be required on your arrival, and returned when you leave. Bed linen rental package: 40 € Cleaning package: 40 €

Idéalement situé, très belle vue. Chambre inadaptée pour lit 140x199, prestations supplémentaires 2v40 euros pour linge, 1 drap de bain tapis de bain 1 torchon 1 essuie mains et linge de lit., et le ménage, douche moisi, lave linge moisi, dans séjour très agréable ménage très léger.

Beautiful area and private access to lovely secluded beaches, as described. No hand towels provided in bathroom, just two large bath towels. May seem small complaint, but considering we had to pay extra on arrival for linen and towels and extra for cleaning, they should have been provided. No iron to use with the ironing board.The bedroom is totally unsuitable for two adults with minimal space on one side for two people to navigate. Shower rim around bottom is quite soiled and not properly cleaned at all. A large hole in the corner of living room ceiling. Overall couldn’t fault the location but the bedroom is unsatisfactory. Pity!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement tout confort et très bien équipé.La vue du balcon est superbe.Les informations transmises par la propriétaire sont complètes ( merci notamment pour la liste des bons restaurants à proximité ).La plage et le sentier des douaniers sont réellement au bout de la résidence.Une seule envie : revenir !

Sejour superbe

Nous avons passé un sejour idyllique dans un appartement tres bien agencé et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Le sentier des douaniers juste à nos pieds . Grace à la sympathique propriétaire nous avons pu decouvrir tous les alentours sans utiliser la voiture. Nous recommendons à 100 pour 100.

Séjour agréable et reposant

Bel Appartement cozi bien situé

Belles prestations , pour ce petit appartement très chalereux, bien situé. Nous a permis de faire des grandes promenades avec notre petite chienne. Mme Martin est très agréable et attentionnée Nous a recommandé des endroits, et restos. Je recommande sans hésiter 😄
