Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn 480 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (48 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2.6 km. Private: outdoor kitchen (2 gas rings).
4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Sep. WC.
