On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of them air-conditioned with a double bed and access to a balcony with sofa and seating set, and one with a French bed, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. Wireless internet and air conditioning are available and included in the price. The owner lives in the upper part of the house with a separate entrance, but the garden and courtyard are for the exclusive use of the guests. Pets are welcome. Youth groups are not allowed.
