A store, post office, kindergarten, school, petrol station, restaurant and pizzeria are all within walking distance. The beaches are only a short drive away from the villa in the Porec area. Tourism in Porec is more than sea, sun and tourist image. Tourists can easily recognise the city that preserves its historical values.
