Located in the peaceful town of Poreč, Villa Casa Cormoran is a charming place that has everything you need for an idyllic and rejuvenating holiday. It’s a modern villa that boasts a private pool and sauna, with four bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.The ground floor comprises a spacious living area, a dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. From this area, you can step outside onto a terrace that has a covered outdoor dining area where you can enjoy meals while gazing out at the pool and sauna.The first floor of the villa is where you’ll find all four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have air conditioning and TV while one of them has a private bathtub. There’s also a large balcony on the first floor that offers a stunning view of the pool and its surroundings.
