On a 5000m2 fenced property, the complex offers a beautiful garden with flowers and olive trees, covered parking for several cars, a barbecue with garden furniture and a 50m2 pool with loungers surrounded by greenery. The owner lives on the ground floor of the house.

In the lower part there is the spacious living room with dining table and exit to the 40sqm balcony with garden furniture, fully equipped kitchen, a double room and bathroom with shower / toilet. Ruhige und saubere Anlage
Bungalow in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Wurde neu renoviert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeberin hat uns gleich freundlich empfangen und mit wichtigen Infos versorgt.
