The Residence Lorena is located in the district of Stancija Portun, only 2.5 km from Porec and the nearest beach. The Kaufland shopping center is about 150m away.
On a 5000m2 fenced property, the complex offers a beautiful garden with flowers and olive trees, covered parking for several cars, a barbecue with garden furniture and a 50m2 pool with loungers surrounded by greenery. The owner lives on the ground floor of the house.
Apartment Luna is located on the 1st floor, on a 190m2 living space spread over 2 floors. In the lower part there is the spacious living room with dining table and exit to the 40sqm balcony with garden furniture, fully equipped kitchen, a double room and bathroom with shower / toilet. In the upper part there are another 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower / toilet, as well as a lounge set in the hallway.
