"The tiny home was great just minor changes that would make it perfect. Maybe use a movable tv mount so the tv can face the bed. Different towels would be more comfortable, the ones provided are cute folded up but microfiber style are not very comfortable to dry body with. All the windows are nice and give it open feel but at 6am sun shining through can be disruptive when trying to sleep in. The location is hidden but passing through the RV park with the permanent residents do not make it pleasant to see when coming in or out."

"This place has everything you need. 10/10 I’m staying here any time im in Sedona. The pool area, the adults lagoon is a nice space away from any screaming children in the pool. I washed a load of laundry while here too which was so convenient . We appreciate and enjoy the over sized parking for our truck+RZR All this for the price+location ,amazing !"

"This is such a lovely property with wonderful views facing towards Sedona’s Red Rock Country. I had two issues: one is that the bed was terrible uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in my back; and the other was the window unit air conditioner was VERY loud and smelled musty. With a few updates this place would be THE place to stay in Cottonwood. I didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool due to monsoon storms passing through the area, but it looked delightful."
