"House is super user friendly. Great open areas. Went with friends for a fun night away. The house added to the fun. We ate, danced, and played some of the many games Chris provided in the house. Easy walking distance to downtown and waterfront, will defiantly be back in warmer weather."

"What a great house! The house is a block of downtown - close to everything. Parking is right out front and couldn't be easier. The house itself is clean and well organized with everything you could need - beach chairs out in the shed, games and cards, and cute dishes and glassware. Great linens on the beds and the blackout curtains are perfect for keeping out the heat. All the instructions are super clear and easy. "The property provided us with a great location to visit local family while in the area. The house was nice and clean but needed a few minor repairs and updates, but overall a great place to relax. The house was located at the end of a street that provided direct beach access. The homeowner also had several beach style chairs available if needed. This was great. The neighborhood during our stay was quite and at a good location for us. The property manager communicated with us very well and...

"This house does not have 4 bedrooms… it has 2 bedrooms plus a gym space (no door for privacy) plus an office. Neither the gym nor office have beds. The host attempts to offer an air mattress and the pull out sofa ( located in the living room ) as sleeping arrangements that are “rearrangeable”, thus, justifying listing it as a 4 bedroom. Additionally, underneath the sofa bed where we lie our heads, was incredibly filthy with dirt and debris. The listing is incorrect and, quite frankly, deceptive."

"It was very awesome to stay in this House! We were 4 adults and one child and we had more than enough Space. The house itself is very pretty and it was clean. A few things were broken but it was okay. The only thing that was a little hard to get used to, is that is in a very much used road. But being on the beach in 2 minutes makes it easy to Look over it! I really can recommend staying there! "
