Hotel Silken Spa La Hacienda de Don Juan
The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We stayed in the older building so there was a little oxidation on the faucets. My only real gripe is you have to pay for parking on property.

AC is a real pain. Does not work properly. We had to open the window but it became worst because a lot of flies and bugs comes to visit you

A well located house with the some issues, the main one being that is was advertised as having a hot tub but the tub was not working and obviously had not worked for a while.
