The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. I felt unwell one day and asked the receptionist to arrange a taxi to take me to a pharmacy. He very kindly did so.
Food was great, good selection at breakfast.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was really quiet.

this is a lovely hotel. maybe a 30 minute walk from the city centre but it’s a nice walk. lots of things to see and shops on the way.
more than anything it’s ideal for porto susa train station which is a 30 min train from the airport. the hotel is a 3 minute walk to the train station.
my room was great. lovely shower, big bed. a very good hotel for a decent price.

It isn't possible to find a better location, right by the palace museum and plaza, shopping promenade, and even a very good little laundromat a block away. Small and understated, my room was small but comfortable. Would have been tight for more than 1 person, but I did have a queen bed. Nice housekeeping staff.
