"Stayed here for medical treatment and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—super accessible and made everything a lot easier. The hotel is clean, freshly remodeled, and the staff was genuinely great throughout my stay. It’s a basic setup, but everything you need is done right."

"Bathroom door didn’t close all the way and couldn’t lock. I would say not a huge deal, except this is the second time that this has been the case staying at this hotel. A previous time, we had the same issue. The breakfast was very mediocre. Cold eggs, and not enough food or plates for all guests. However, the staff at this location are awesome!! Super kind and as helpful as can be with their limited resources. "

"Property is appealing, welcoming lobby with games, billiards, comfy seating. The television in one of our rooms would not connect to internet for streaming and even live television wasn't available. When the front desk was notified, they said they couldn't help and brushed me away. My mother was in the same room and approached the desk after me and was told the same, asked for management and eventually a front desk staff came to the room with the maintenance person on the phone and tried several times to connect. They did get live tv to work but internet streaming never was available. It worked fine in our 2nd room across the hall. Breakfast options were very limited and extremely crowded."

"I was quoted a price of 1,095.93 on Hotels.com and charged 1,135.93 at check out. I called the front desk at the property and told they could not help with the difference or give me a number to call for more info. I will be complaining online about the problem.This is not the first time Hotels .com has guaranteed a price that was less than I paid."
