Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 185 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Top floor: (steep stair) open large gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (120 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 2 small balconies. Terrace furniture (3). Very beautiful view of the mountains, the river and the forest. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 6 at 300 m, height 200 cm, width 225 cm. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Wonderful quiet winter holiday

The apartment is close to cross-country ski trails and has direct access to hiking trails. Beautiful water sounds of the river provide a relaxing atmosphere. Pure enjoyment on the terrace. The apartment has two bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen: big freezer (!), indoor grill, and fondue set. We had 2 cars and made use of the garage and parked 1 car in front of it. Only problem: the steep hill to the house which was very icy. Difficult for walking disabled people. We will definitely come back.

stressful check in wonderful stay

the property is beautiful and in a great location, however. communication with the property manager was difficult and getting the keys was even harder. we had no rented car and had to go 15 min by taxi to the next town to pick up the keys and drop them off at the end of our stay. we also had to buy supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, etc.)

Alles super! Tolle Wohnung, super Lage! Küche ist etwas schlecht ausgestattet, aber ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa in ottima posizione a pochi metri dalle piste di fondo e dalle passeggiate per Celerina e il Mouttas. L’appartamento ha 2 camere da letto ma il piano di sopra non ha una porta come divisorio. Quindi nel concreto è 1 camera da letto chiusa al piano di sotto e mansarda aperta con letto matrimoniale al piano di sopra. Più un letto singolo inutilizzabile se non per bambini. L’appartamento non è per niente insonorizzato ed il custode è molto presente e maleducato.

Allerdings nicht optimal mit PKW zugänglich. Schlüselübergabe in St Moritz; zwar unkompliziert aber miteinnzukalkulieren. Ein Zweitschlüssel (Garage) wäre auch sinnvoll. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Schöne Wohnung an ruhiger Lage

Leicht unterhalb der Zufahrtsstrasse. Das Haus kann die letzten Meter nur zu Fuss über eine schmale Strasse erreicht werden.

Appartement avec du charme

Nous avons trouvé que la remise des clés est compliqué, il faut se rendre à St-Moritz. Nous avons plus l’habitude d‘avoir des boîtes avec un code et les clés à l’intérieur c‘est bien plus pratique. L‘appartement est conforme à la description (la mezzanine est ouverte et son escalier est pendu, le garage est bien à 300m) La vue depuis l’appartement est jolie et il a du charme avec de jolies boiseries.
