"This review is long overdue. We traveled from America to Italy a few months ago and had planned to take the Bernina Express from Tirano. Our group of 7 was delayed getting to the hostel. Throughout that time, Andrea communicated with me and was very patient. We arrived past 10 pm, but Andrea waited for our group to arrive and was so accommodating. "I had a 2-night stay in the hostel part of the building. There is a hotel/inn and a hostel with the same entrance, reception and shared facilities. A bus/train travelcard for the Engadin valley is included in the room rate. The bar area is nice and they do a range of snacks like sandwiches and pizzas.
