"AMAZING!!! Once in a lifetime stay!!! We weren’t even planning on visiting Pontremoli until our previous accommodations fell through and we found this place last minute! Marco was so accommodating and always answered when we called! Once we arrived we were in absolute awe of not only the town but this magical property as well! "I was extremely impressed with how friendly and helpful were the staff from front desk to waiter, particularly Frankie at the front desk. He showed me short cuts to walk down to the train station. The hotel is up on the hill with a nice pool and spa facilities perfect for relaxation after a day of walking in Cinque Terre. It provides shuttle service to town center and train station from 9 am to 11 pm which makes it a good starting point to explore Cinque Terre."
