Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Do not book this apartment! There is a really big mold infestation in the bathroom and kitchen, I got really sick because of the mold. There was moldy food in the oven and on the dishes. The host was really rude and the communication really bad. I moved out after two days, and still did not get my money back for the rest of the 12 days I did not stay there. Do not book!

Simple

Location pour court séjour. Appartement basique mais propre, hormis la moisissure dans la salle de bains qui peut surprendre. Literie confortable. Cependant si vous avez le sommeil léger, s’abstenir, le train de marchandises passe quasiment sous la fenêtre et assez fréquemment. Étrangement, des choses essentielles manquent tel qu’un torchon de vaisselle, du papier absorbant, une éponge dans la salle de bains. Communication facile avec le propriétaire, réactif si besoin est.

Nous avons passé deux jours. C’est propre, calme, reposant, le proprio est très sympa et Pontoise est une ville superbe et sous-estimée. Que demander de plus.

Agréable, bien équipé et bien situé

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement qui est juste à côté de la gare. Je n'ai manqué de rien et le propriétaire est joignable si besoin. Seul petit bémol : les bruits (notamment les bruits de pas) de l'appartement du dessus résonne dans le logement, ce qui est désagréable quand c'est en pleine nuit.

Logement bien situé confortable Proprietaire à l écoute et très gentil Quelques améliorations à prévoir dans le logement, Le propriétaire nous a indiqué que des travaux allaient être réalisés très prochainement, Proximité de la gare de Pontoise c est un avantage pour les déplacements mais inconvénients au niveau du bruit Reste un bon compromis pour un logement proche de Paris à un prix raisonnable
