"Pour rĂ©sumer, la qualitĂ© du logement laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer en matiĂšre de propretĂ© : poussiĂšre sous le lit et miettes dans les tiroirs Ă©taient prĂ©sentes. Une forte odeur de renfermĂ© et d'humiditĂ© rĂ©gnait, et il Ă©tait impossible d'utiliser le chauffage pour attĂ©nuer ce problĂšme, les radiateurs Ă©tant coupĂ©s et inopĂ©rants. Il y a un an, nous avions louĂ© un appartement au premier Ă©tage dans le mĂȘme immeuble, oĂč tout Ă©tait irrĂ©prochable. Aujourd’hui, cette expĂ©rience est malheureusement trĂšs dĂ©cevante."

"En plein hiver il aurait été bienvenue que l'appartement soit chauffé à notre arrivée.Quand vous prenez possession de votre location à minuit qu'il fait -5 à l'extérieur et a peine plus à l'intérieur ça ne donne pas envie, encore moins quand le radiateur de la chambre ne fonctionne pas !!!Et ormis les couettes pour chaque couchage pas de couvertures qui pourtant aurait été trÚs utiles !!De plus au vue des toiles d'araignée installées dans les angles et du troupeau de moutons de poussiÚre quand...
