Un séjour très agréable, la jeune personne qui était à la réception et en salle fut particulièrement agréable, je l’en remercie chaleureusement. L’hôtel est certe ancien mais parfaitement entretenu et totalement dans l’esprit de ce type d’établissement.

De passage

De passage en famille , nous recherchions une chambre d’hôtel afin de pouvoir nous reposer la nuit et repartir le lendemain en forme. Chambre simple auquel il manque un peu d intimité côté isolation des murs. Sinon le personnel est sympathique et agréable.

De passage à Pongibaud, ce petit hôtel était très pratique. Un accueil très aimable, disponibilité, etc... Etant situé au centre bourg, quelques passages de véhicules la nuit devant mais dans l'ensemble tout c'est bien passé. Le restaurant était très bon (un peu cher et peut-être manque de choix, mais la qualité y est). A proximité de Vulcania, puy de Dôme et randos. Je recommande.

Si vous avez la chambre 6 elle est bruyante du faite de la gaine de ventilation cuisine et pas d'aération porte fenêtre qui donne sur un petit escalier n'importe qui peu entrer et la fenêtre de la salle de bain donne sur l'aération des cuisines dommage car la chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain aussi Le restaurant correcte mais cher

expérience très décevante

Notre chambre était située dans une annexe et ne relevait absolument pas d'un hôtel 3*: accès au 2è étage sans ascenseur par une cour intérieure par un escalier étroit ; aucune vue sinon sur la cour ; plafond bas ; pas de climatisation ; fort bruit inhérent à la ventilation de la cuisine du restaurant ; chambre petite et meublée de manière hétéroclite et sans goût ; cabinet de toilette et WC tenant dans une surface de moins de 2 m2 ; propreté non irréprochable. Au final très mauvais rapport qualité-prix

Accueil pas très chaleureux (peut etre à cause des mesures sanitaire en cours) mais tout s'est bien passé par la suite. Chambre ancienne mais propre et correctement équipée. Petit déjeuner bien (buffet).

Emplacement idéal

Idéalement placé pour visiter la région. Les chambres sont modernes, propres et spatieuses. Le service est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est très correct. Seul petit bémol, l'insonorisation qui n'est pas toujours parfaite (mais pas pire qu'ailleurs).
