From the moment you arrive, the ocean is a constant presence - visible from multiple levels and woven into everyday moments, whether you are gathered inside or stepping out toward the sand. Set directly on the coast in St. Johns County, Sea Haven is a five-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom oceanfront home designed to comfortably host up to 12 guests. The layout spans three levels, creating a natural flow between shared spaces and private retreats while keeping the beach always within reach. With private beach access and expansive outdoor areas, the home offers an immersive beachfront setting well suited to families and groups.

Living Areas
The main living level opens to sweeping ocean views and a wide oceanfront balcony that stretches along the home. Inside, the open-concept living area provides generous seating and a Smart TV, making it a central gathering place after time outdoors. A bonus room on this level includes a desk and offers a quiet spot for reading or focused work, with WiFi available throughout the home.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is arranged for shared meals and group cooking, featuring full-size appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar. Two dining tables provide space for group meals, while the open layout keeps everyone connected to the living area and ocean views beyond. Barbecue utensils are available for use with the grill.

Sleeping Arrangements
Bedrooms are spread across the upper and lower levels for added privacy.
On the third floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms open directly to the balcony. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed and share a hallway bathroom.
The ground floor offers a separate king bedroom along with a large bunkroom designed as a shared hangout space. This room includes two full-over-twin bunk beds with pull-out trundles, a wraparound sofa, a coffee table, a large TV, and games, creating a flexible area for lounging and sleeping. A full bathroom on this level includes direct access to the outdoor deck and beach path.

Outdoor Living
Outdoor spaces are a defining feature of Sea Haven. Multiple balconies and a newly built beachfront deck provide places to relax and take in the coastal setting. From the deck, a private path leads directly to the beach for walks along the shoreline, time by the water, or simply enjoying the ocean air.

Additional Amenities
The home includes washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and self check-in via keypad. Driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles, and the property has a private entrance for easy arrivals and departures.

Sea Haven offers a well-balanced beachfront layout where ocean views, indoor comfort, and direct beach access come together for a relaxed coastal stay.
