"The apartment was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the place was easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and considering the price, everything was really good and met our expectations. The only small downside was the check-in time. "Lovely hotel in quiet but convenient location with shuttle boat directly from hotel dock to Piazza San Marco (every half hour or so) for a very reasonable additional fee. You’ll also find many excellent restaurants within a short walk on Giudecca. Hotel breakfast is excellent, dinner not so much, especially in the Rialto, which is not of the same caliber as surrounding options. (Don’t bother with the meal plan beyond breakfast. You will regret it!). The staff is wonderful, efficient and always helpful, which made for a very pleasant stay. There is also public transportation between airport and hotel for €18 per person, which is considerably less expensive but much longer, than private transportation. (An hour and a half with no restrooms on board… definitely something to think about.) All in all I can recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again."

"sparkling clean, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds. For those planning to check in late at night, please be aware that assistance may not be immediately available. I had provided all guest details well in advance, so I didn’t think it was necessary to specifically mention that we planned to use the sofa bed. However, upon arrival, we found that no bedding had been prepared for it. We checked in at 11 p.m., and only then realized the issue. Unfortunately, neither phone calls nor text messages were answered that night, and we didn’t receive a reply until the following morning."

The location was outside of the city center, but it was accessible by water-bus and quite easily to get around. The only complaint is they didn’t provide any coffee maker machines or tea and bottled water in the room. "

"Check in was efficient, staff spoke English. Breakfast was good for $8e; close to train and efficient way to get into Venice. The room was ok, we stayed 2 nights. In room fridge had complementary drinks and snacks which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately bathroom was dirty, shower had floor staining and mould behind the sink. Overall the hotel is run down and in need of some maintenance. "
