- Farmhouse with house renovated in 2008, air-conditioned rooms with individual bathroom, private swimming pool for adults and one child with a cascade of falling water in the pool.
BBQ with kitchen, bar, lake with a wooden bridge, a waterfall and ducks, organic vegetable garden and herb garden, tea consumption for the tenant, playground, table football, table tennis, eight bicycles, animals of the field.
