This delightful 400² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city.
It is designed in a stylish and elegant style with large windows, providing guests with a peaceful and bright ambience. As you enter, the living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table.
On this floor, there are two beautiful bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. Both feature many storage spaces.
Upstairs, guests can find a cosy workspace and the third bedroom, which includes two beds and a single couch bed.
On the basement level, another lovely living room and an open-concept kitchen provide a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. The kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker.
The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.
The property also opens onto a gorgeous terrace filled with grass and a swimming pool, providing the perfect spot to enjoy the sunlight and relax with a cup of coffee and a soft breeze.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The purpose of the house is for families to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. It is not a party house.
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Beyond its serene village streets, Queijada is ideally located for exploring the natural beauty and cultural richness of the area. Nearby trails wind through vineyards, forests, and picturesque landscapes, offering stunning views and a chance to connect with nature. Visitors can also easily reach Ponte de Lima, one of Portugal’s oldest towns, known for its medieval bridge, lively markets, and vibrant festivals. In Queijada, travellers will discover a tranquil retreat that beautifully reflects the soul of the Minho region.
The property is easily accessible by car. Parking is included inside the property.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 47-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
