In the hamlet Cluzel 1.5 km from the centre of Pontcirq, 9 km from the centre of Prayssac, 21 km from the centre of Cahors, 9 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property 1 ha with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 9 km, bus stop "Maec" 18 km.
    "Le Causse du Cluzel", 3-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). A lovely relaxing week

We have just spent a lovely relaxing week at this holiday house. The owner greeted us on arrival & was very friendly and helpful. The property is as it looks in the pictures set in a large garden with a private swimming pool. The surrounding area is quiet with very few cars passing. We enjoyed coming home to this property.

Ein wunderbar uriges Haus mit allem notwendigen auf einem traumhaften Grundstück. Hier findet man eine herrliche Ruhe und kann kann auch als Familie entspannen und sich erholen. Die wunderschöne Umgebung bietet ausreichend Anlaufpunkte für Ausflüge und Entdeckungen. Der Pool ist alarmgesichert und bietet bei Schwimmanfängern, die hier nicht stehen können, zusätzliche Sicherheit, dass sie nicht unbemerkt in den Pool können.

Location conforme à la description. Cadre et environnement exceptionnel. Central pour partir en vadrouille dans une très belle région avec le plaisir de rentrer se détendre autour de la piscine. Pour la 6eme fois (au moins)nous avons retrouvé notre petit havre de tranquillité à Pontcirq où nous avons pu nous reposer au calme, au soleil dans un coin de nature (de verdure) magnifique. Le logement est spacieux et fonctionnel.Les propriétaires sont des personnes très accueillantes que nous retrouvons chaque année avec grand plaisir. En conclusion : à recommander +++

Mooie, gezellige, ruime, propere woning op een groot domein in alle rust, in de natuur. Alle voorzieningen, goede bedden, goede wifi. Alleen jammer dat het zwembad niet verwarmd was, begin juli was het water nogal frisjes.
