Bello, in pietra, molto siggestivo

Purtroppo la struttura non aveva ricevuto la nostra prenotazione da HOTELS.COM, per cui non aspettavano ospiti (o meglio, il gruppo che doveva andare ha per fortuna cancellato all'ultimo momento e non sapevano nulla del nostro arrivo). Non siamo riusciti ad avere acqua calda e a mettere in funzione i condizionatori per avere il riscaldamento, ma siamo stati bene in quanto la notte non era per niente freddo. La Signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile. Il posto è splendido, sono certa che con la bella stagione ne valga la pena.

Nos anularon la reserva

Cuando llegamos el hotel no tenía la reserva porque habían preferido usar el hotel para un matrimonio y no nos avisaron. Fue un tremendo problema porque llegamos al atardecer y no teníamos a donde ir. Mala experiencia.

Me anularon la reserva sin avisar

Todo estuvo pésimo porque viendo llegamos habían anulado nuestra reservación porque iban a usar el hotel para un matrimonio y nos tuvimos que ir y en ese momento buscar un hotel en Florencia que estaba lleno!!! Horrible experiencia.

io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo appena trascorso un weekend incantevole , sembra un luogo magico , tranquillo sospeso nel tempo e la sera illuminato da mille lucciole , che io non vedevo da quando ero bambina .... gentilissimo anche il personale , ci ritornerei subito

Ottimo per visita a Firenze con tutta la famiglia

Il posto e' incantevole e silenzioso, immerso nella collina non lontano da Firenze. Le camere sono grandi e confortevolissime, all'interno di una villa ristrutturata in maniera impeccabile. Tutti i comfort, e abbondante prima colazione!

Charme assuré!

Tranquillité, charme, personnel très chouette. Emplacement +- 30 min de Florence. Tarif est correct par rapport à la qualité, le calme et le charme de l'endroit. Petit bémol, l'airco a fait des siennes lors de notre passage et les moustiques bien présents dans cet endroit magique. Un de nos meilleurs "hôtel"/chambre d'hôte" de la Toscane.
