Pontal do Atalaia Hotels, Arraial do Cabo

"The worst experience and I had no support from hotels.com… VERY DISAPPOINTED. I arrived at the Pousada Vista Grega and the room i booked was with a horrible smell. No supervisor or manager at the facility. The front desk person told me they didn't had any other room available and the only was a suit with a pool. Then they overcharged me and didnt gave me another option. Then i contacted Hotels.com and they didn't help at all. I was very disappointed and since i was on vacation decided to pay...

"Amazing Facility 👏👏👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Great boutique hotel- the breakfast option, pool and pool bar were nice. The best part was walking distance to beach where large majority of the boat tours left from. The center of town with food and bar options were less than a mile away."

"Great place "

"Excellent location, nice and comfortable rooms. The staff is the high point of the stay, always ready to help and make your experience good "

"The place is very simple, but the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is great. "

"Good bkfst rooms are good too Close to the beach "

"Friendly and helpful staff, great location. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Clean room, but had a room facing the main street, the bar across street bumps music quite loudly so its not too peaceful at times. "

"Simple but very good!!"

"The owner and the workers are super friendly! All room are realy nice and the beds very comfortable "

"All good in our stay!"

"No meu caso valeu o custo beneficio, pois a diaria foi menos de 200 reais. Os lencois nao estavam 100% limpos, as paredes sao de isopor o que passa bastante do barulho do que acontece no corredor. A tampa do vaso ficou saindo. Parece que é tudo novo e reformado, porem com os produtos de baixa qualidade. O cafe da manha é bom, a localização é ótima e a hidro faz valer o valor (agua quentinha). Enfim, voltaria."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with good air conditioning. Good breakfast with a variety of foods. Great location sreps away from the ocean."

"Breakfast self-serve buffet was excellent. Varied assortment each morning. Loved the property's Pablo Neruda vibe! Location couldn't be better - ocean breeze poolside was wonderful. In the hub of the town and all waterfront activities. Staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. "

"Muito bom "

"Espaço muito agradável, com um lindo jardim e duas piscinas maravilhosas. Quartos arejados e bem limpos. Equipe acolhedora. Ótimo café da manha com uma variedade boa de frutas, bolos e salgados. Excelente custo benefício. "

"The hotel is good, staff friendly. "
