Casa Primavera, a Home in Madeira

Casa Primavera is a recently renovated rural house near the village of Ponta do Sol, which is recommended for walkers, sports enthusiasts and anyone who wants to stay away from urban centres.

The house has an area of 88 m² and includes a bedroom with a double bed (150 × 200 cm), a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with dining table.

Outside, there is a garden with a variety of flowers and a terrace with a barbecue and a spacious living area, with a hammock to relax in the late afternoon and enjoy the fabulous sunsets, with especially intense colours in autumn.

The house is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, television with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The house is in a rural area at 450 m from sea level and at 6 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafes.

At about 400 m there is a supermarket and at 150 m there is a small restaurant and cafe.

Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.

A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.

Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.

The property has access to the main roads.



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

The property has vehicle access to the north and an outdoor parking space. To the south, there is pedestrian access via a 95 m path from the main road.

As this is a rural area, there may be noise from dogs and other domestic animals on neighbouring properties.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

If you have special needs or allergies, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate them.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects and small lizards is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For anyone who is not comfortable with the presence of insects and lizards, we do not recommend staying in a rural area.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
