Lovely, lovely! The people were so friendly, personal and helpful! I traveled there with my daughter and they brought me a complimentary bottle of wine and a chilled bottle of apple juice for her. The breakfast was excellent in terms of selection and quality. The hotel itself, full of character and delights around every corner. On the roof is a gorgeous infinity pool and sun loungers - incredible view! There’s a nice-looking gym, as well. Awesome vibes all around.

Helpful, friendly staff. They kindly let us book in early as my wife had a fall in the morning We left very early and a taxi was booked for us, very helpful. Lovely location, no shortage of restaurants in the area. Pretty view from the balcony Would Definitely recommend.

Hotel is located almost right in the center of the city. Difficult to find initially as it is located on a "side street" for pedestrians but available for service vehicles and private cars for pick-up etc. Parking is on the street near the hotel about a 5 min. walk. Public parking is inexpensive (less than 1 Euro/hour) but only applicable from 08:00 to 19:00 . No limit on space occupation. Shopping and other restaurants are close by as is the harbor and other attractions. They have a nice , decent sized rooftop pool, which is clean and accessible. The breakfast which is included is exceptional both in its choices and quality with plenty of seating. It is air conditioned. Great spot and would definitely choose again. Elizabeth and Philip Nace.

Didn’t realize when we booked this it was their white town holiday. It was as so cool to everyone in white. The street festivals etc were great. The hotel held a party it was loud till 12;30 am but it was their holiday. The location was ideal to the shops and ship dock. My suite was incredible for the price. I’d return for sure.

We had a great stay! Inis, the receptionist at night was so helpful and patiently answered all of our questions. The hotel is close to everything in a safe location. The breakfast was outstanding. The only issue was the rooftop pool was being cleaned when it was supposed to be open so we couldn’t take advantage of that amazing view.

The rooftop pool had amazing views of the city, stocked towels and plenty of loungers. The room was way bigger than expected, had two smart TVs, clean and a big private balcony where we could hear the street music. The buffet was fully stocked with fruits, veg, pastries AND even had crispy bacon. My son called it five stars. We all enjoyed our time here.

We stayed one night in May 2026. We were welcomed warmly even though we arrived late at night due to a much delayed flight from Ponta Delgada. They upgraded us to a suite, which we were grateful for, after a long day of flying, and extended layovers in 4 airports, and getting lost while trying to find the hotel in the dark. The room was clean, and we enjoyed a peaceful night's rest and a standard complimentary breakfast the next morning.
