"The house was well situated and has lots of potential. Our host Claudio was polite, quick to respond, and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the house has a good layout. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture is in need of replacing, the BBQ is rusty and new interior paint would be a good improvement as there is water damage in places and signs of mold in the bathroom and elsewhere. The pictures in the listing are outdated as...

"Casa da Relva, we think, is probably a fairly newly renovated place. It was very clean and bright, and we were extremely pleased that it had clothes washer. Entry was easy, check out was too. We would have liked some patio furniture as well as a cupboard or chest of drawers in the bedroom, but we have a feeling those are coming soon. There was a nice welcome gift of wine, biscuits, and coffee, and an excellent notebook with instructions for appliances and suggestions and locations of...

"We had such a great time in this home. It was very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies. The AC was great. The beds comfortable, linens nice and clean. So much space and privacy. A truly great experience!"
