"Voilà bien un séjour magnifique ! Les propriétaires Sophie et Christian sont adorables et aux petits soins. Le cadre est fantastique avec un très très beau jardin, ça sent vraiment trop bon le soir. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Il y a aussi une très belle piscine chauffée, ayant eu beaucoup de travail je n’ai pas pu en profiter mais je le regrette. "We stayed on two separate nights at the hotel. The first night we stayed at the front of the hotel. This was a good room with a welcome fan and hospitality tray. Because the weather was hot, we also needed to open the windows. This was ok but it fronts onto quite a busy side road and was therefore quite noisy until late. Also the view is limited, looking out into a police station! It didn’t bother us as we were there for just one night. Our second stay was in a room at the back on the third floor. This looked straight onto the wall of a car park! This however, was quieter than the front room other than the low constant noise of the outside air conditioning unit. We again needed the window open due to the heat. Also there was no hospitality tray in this room but the reception staff provided this and also an extra pillow. Staff were always helpful, eg, they have a locked room for cases that can be left after checking out (to collect later in the day). The rooms were both very clean and otherwise pleasant. Good for a short stay."

"We stayed for 3 nights while touring Normandy and Brittany by motorcycle. It has secure parking at the rear which was an important factor in choosing it. However, access for large cars could be difficult and the number of spaces is less than the number of rooms so need to reserve a space. The rooms were comfortable with recently refurbished bathrooms. Good breakfast. Helpful staff who spoke good English. Located opposite the railway and bus stations which allowed us to take a day trip without the motorcycles (& associated clothing!) Bars close by and an easy level walk into the attractive old city centre. Would stay here again."

"Good location, close to the beach and places to eat. For the two of us the room was OK but the lack of storage for suitcases, clothes etc would have been difficult if we'd had children using the small second bedroom. And the shower was the smallest I've ever been in!"

"We enjoyed our stay in the Douarnenez area and the hotel provided a pleasant base to enjoy it from. Breakfast was good and the evening meal very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful . The accommodation in the annex was clean, comfortable and quiet. The condition of the building that your hardworking staff was housed in, shocked us as it looked dilapidated. This also impacts on guests such as ourselves, whose rooms looked onto it from the annex. Quite a difference from the views from the main building."
