The materials and shades chosen with care are in harmony with it. The wood combined with modern shades gives a warm and chic side.<br>This refined, cosy, and design villa combines the modernity of carefully chosen materials with comfort and the sweetness of life. In summer, the terrace allows you to imagine large tables with family or friends, where it is good to meet to share great moments of conviviality and relaxation thanks to the jacuzzi.<br>This design and nature villa of 150m2 has just been completed.<br>It can accommodate 11 people, on 2 levels.<br>On the ground floor, there is a master suite with bathtub and walk-in shower, an entrance and a toilet with washbasin, as well as a laundry room. Then the ground floor space is reserved for the living space of more than 50m2 in which we find the dining room that can accommodate 11 guests, the living room with leather sofa, and the fully integrated designer kitchen with top-of-the-range equipment.<br>Upstairs 3 bedrooms, including a master suite. Two other bedrooms with 3 beds for one and 4 beds for the other with a shared bathroom.<br><br>As soon as you arrive, you will be charmed by the place. Perched on the mountainside, surrounded by woods, you will live during your stay, as close as possible to nature... The wind in the trees, the song of the birds, the trickling of the river... all these little noises so often forgotten will charm you.<br>The villa is located in a quiet area, in the small hamlet of Viala on the heights of the charming little village of Pont de Montvert, only 10 minutes walk by a small bucolic path.<br>There is no shortage of activities in the surrounding area, there are many walks and hikes around the Mont_lozère including the famous Stevenson path which crosses the village, in increasingly breathtaking and preserved landscapes.<br>However, it is tempting to stay on the terrace to read in the shade of a tree and enjoy the jacuzzi and its incredible view.<br>We offer you an immersion in the heart of nature.<br><br>In the village of Pont de Montvert you will find all the local shops you need to make your stay easier, namely a bakery, a supermarket, a butcher with good local charcuterie, as well as two bars and three restaurants, and even a doctor, a pharmacy, and a post office. Every Wednesday morning, a market with local producers is held on the church square during the summer. The first supermarket is in Florac, a 25-minute drive away.<br><br>Bookings in July/August are made by the week from Saturday to Saturday. <br>The accommodation must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, cleaning done as in the initial state on arrival, (maintenance products provided) we can do the cleaning for you, flat rate 120€ to be paid on site in cash. <br>The jacuzzi is in operation all year round.<br><br><br>
