Located two minutes walk from the village center and the Aven river, near the beaches. Restaurants, shops and galleries within walking distance. This character house will seduce you. Terrace, closed and flowered courtyard, olive trees. This house is made up of a ground floor (large room of 50m² living room, dining room, kitchen) facing due south and opening onto the terrace through the bay windows. upstairs, 2 bedrooms, separate wc, bathroom.
