The minute we walked in my wife tried to close the bathroom door and a piece of metal fell on her head. They gave us another room. Other than that, everything else was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room they gave us was comfortable enough.

Air conditioning not working during a heat wave. Room facing asphalt parking. Plus the grill for the air conditioning fell onto my partner’s head. ‘They will be here tomorriw to fix it. No sign of them the next day so we had to move despite their no refund policy.
