"Such a lovely little holiday home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Teg is literally in the middle of nowhere, blink and you’ll miss the turning so make sure you read your email directions. We didn’t! We followed the sites postcode directions which aren’t specific enough. "We had an excellent few days at this hotel. We stayed in a superior double room. It was very spacious , with a large bathroom and a balcony overlooking the grounds. It was useful having a chilled cabinet and other facilities such as an iron and ironing board. Tea bags , coffee, water and biscuits were replenished daily and the toiletries were of a nice quality. We ate 4 times at the hotel as the food was so good. They had a good range of gluten free options and this was one of the reasons we chose to stay here ( I checked out the menu pre - stay). We felt the prices were a good price considering the high quality of the food. The staff were friendly and helpful. We definitely would stay here again."

"Positives: The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding and towels were immaculate. The shower was a great temperature, albeit on the small size. The view of the bay from my balcony was unbelievably beautiful. I’ve never woken to a better view. The staff were friendly and my luggage was carried to my room. The check in and check out was fuss-free. I believe there is parking available, though I used the long-stay carpark, just opposite. Negatives: the rooms are VERY dated and in need of a LOT of TLC. If you can look beyond this, the hotel is a fantastic place to stay for a reasonable rate. Especially for St Ives. It would be good to see the place brought back to life with a lick of paint."
