"The property is very dated and a little shabby. The locks didn’t feel terribly secure and there is no safe in the room. But the staff was lovely, the bed very comfortable, the room clean, and the price and location just what I was looking for. So a good traveler hotel but nothing fancy. "

Happened multiple times specifically the woman at the reception. Otherwise solid hotel if you want to come to Pisa and have good access to the train station (right across from hotel front entrance)"
