"Booked a room months before staying . Asked for a balcony , didn’t get . Very frustrated to have to pay extra for the safe , AND the mini fridge . The cleaner thought it was acceptable to enter the room at 8am ! On Two occasions !! After having a very loud conversation outside the room !!! Not really acceptable . "The shower has a glass enclosure that is less that the half of the shower length. They have a high pressure shower that disperses water all over the place making the floor wet up to the room. At night, the noises are strong making your sleep very difficult. "

"We love staying in the old town area.pf benidorm amd this was perfect 2 minute walk into the centre for shopping ,bars and food. the beach just as close. The room was lovely we had a double bed, walk in shower. Microwave and fridge freezer. We had a late flight and didnt arrive at the hotel until 1 am, very friendly staff and the desk is manned 24hr but need to ring if arriving after 9pm. Throughly enjoyed our holiday and we will definitely be staying at this hotel/ apartment again. "
