Room was not so great although they say hotel maintains heritage but hotel room requiring updating. Room facing street food at the back is quite noisy and smelly and can't keep windows open. We had few other issues for e.g. there was no locker in the room, balcony was broken and unsafe. Next day...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days.
